Dr. D.D. Verma serves as an Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo, New York, where he imparts advanced surgical training in phacoemulsification cataract procedures to ophthalmology residents.

Every year, DD Eye Institute hosts an exclusive 15-day phacoemulsification cataract surgery training program for two resident doctors from Buffalo University, New York, USA.

For over a decade, the institute has been at the forefront of international ophthalmic education, conducting a prestigious Phaco training program attracting leading ophthalmologists worldwide, including:

Simultaneously, the institute organizes a rigorous 1.5-year anterior segment fellowship and phacoemulsification surgery training program at the national level. This comprehensive fellowship equips emerging ophthalmologists with advanced surgical techniques, cutting-edge anterior segment diagnostics, and innovative treatment protocols.

Till date, above 40 ophthalmologists have successfully completed this intensive long-term fellowship, further advancing their expertise in anterior segment surgery and phacoemulsification cataract procedures.
